Cancellation & Return Policy

In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. As order once shipped cannot be cancelled.

If you cancel your order before it gets shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

All sales are final once done. There will not be any refund or exchange unless stated otherwise in the product.

Refund will be done, if the product is not in stock or if the order is cancelled from the Company’s side.

If the product is found defective, please contact +91 7373021313, with your Bill Number to know details regarding the claim procedure.

If the mentioned defect or defects fall under the warranty claim and are within the warranty period provided by the manufacturer, then the product must be sent back to (A-1, Bharathi Street, Swarnapuri, Salem- 636004) with all original packaging intact. Once we have received the product, a quality check would be done by our team. For products under the replacement warranty, a new product will be shipped to your address in 2 working days. For all other products, they will be sent to the respective service centers for repair and will be shipped back to the customer based on the service time of the manufacturer.

The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer. And SpeedBill will not be liable for any damage or loss of product during transit while returning.

No warranty will be provided for burn damage, physical damage, customer-induced damage, breaking of warranty seal, cables, connectors, and adapters.

The warranty claims and services can be done only if all items from the original packaging are intact and if the serial number on the product and the packaging box is the same. Failure in meeting these requirements will result in the rejection of service and warranty claims.

All warranty terms are covered under the Manufacturers Direct Warranty. SpeedBill does not provide any extra or modified warranty terms for any of the products.

If the billed product and the delivered product are different, the incorrect product can be returned immediately. We will ship the right product to the customer after receiving the incorrect product. But this can be done only if the product is unopened with the seal intact and non-tampered. The shipping cost for returning the product will be refunded to the customer. All decisions regarding this will be under the sole discretion of SpeedBill.

We offer replacements on genuine product complaints for the products which are notified to us within 15 days of the Invoice date. These 15 days policy is applicable only for products which are not under warranty such as Thermal Rolls, Barcode Labels and Wax Ribbons. For rest of the products, it’s based on the warranty terms of the product.
